Hi,
I was trying to make calls between the newly deployed SX80 and SX10s. While testing PTP calls using IP, SX80 can receive the calls but outgoing calls are not working; incoming and outgoing are calls working properly in SX10.
The s/w of SX80 is TC7.2 and of SX10 is 7.3. I could not find a 'default call protocol' option in SX80 configuration. Appreciate your support to make IP outgoing working in SX80.
Best Regards,

TC7.2 only supports single stack, so it can only be SIP or H.323, not both. Check that SIP is actually enabled and H.323 is actually disabled.
The single stack was changed back to dual-stack in TC7.3 for the SX80, but as the SX10 is SIP only then this is really neither here nor there.

Thanks Jens for your prompt reply.
Right now, the infrastructure is not ready and we are not going to register the endpoint to VCS or CUCM. We just need to test it with IP to IP call. Here we are facing the issue with outgoing call.

make sure that when you're dialling, you're dialling a compliant SIP URI, and not just an IP address.
You need to dial in a something@123.456.789.123 format. For this type of point to point call with no SIP registrar, the "something" can be any text you like, but you must dial in the proper URI format.
If you do a search for SX10 Standalone in the forums you'll get a bunch of threads that should help with the configuration if you haven't got that right, but it's usually the dial string that people get stuck on with Standalone SIP endpoints.
