SX10 - Call Protocol Registration

I´m trying to configure a telepresence SX10, but it is showed the error above.

Is there any way to configure without the SIP authentication?

 

Error: Call Protocol Registration
The system is not registered on SIP. It will not be able to place or receive calls until properly configured

You didn't say whether or not this SX10 is a "stand-alone" system, or using call control such as a CUCM, VCS etc, software versions etc.

Regardless if this is the case or not, ensure SIP is turned on under "Network Services", under SIP settings enter the system address in the "URI" field.

If this is a stand-alone system, then you must enter the IP address of the system prefixed by anything you want; i.e. SX10@123.456.7.8

The SX10 works as a stand-alone.

The problem was the software phone i was using, because that was working with H323.

When i turned to SIP, the SX10 accepted the communication.
