Hi there
We've connected TableTop mic to the SX10 but we are experiencing bad echo. It is a small room and the mic is picking up speakers and it is casuing it to spike.
I cannot find mic levels and have tried "xcommand experimental Audio EcReferenceDelay: 300" which did not run.
I am ordering a soundbar to install as external speakers perhaps that will help
any other suggestions?
thanks in advance!

You won't find any advanced audio controls with the SX10, as it doesn't have the same settings as the larger integreator codecs such as the SX80 that has those options. Where are the speakers located currently in the room in relation to the SX10, and the table microphone?

Have you tried using it with only the intergrated microphone instead of a tabletop mic? We have quite a few SX10 in small meeting rooms and/or offices, none of which are using an external mic, and they all work well.

If you are you using a third-party microphone for SX10, i think this is causing the problem. Use CTS-MIC-TABL20 instead and this is the tested and compatible mic for SX10.

I'm using a couple of sx10 with external Cisco mics: CTS-MIC-TABL20 in small meetings room and I don't have any issues.
I would recommend you to put the speakers as far as possible from the MIC and orient them such that are not pointing right to the mic.
