Hi, 

Sx10 no image on hdmi output. but we have web access to setting.

You have to make sure that you are connecting to the right HDMI port as below imagesx10-port-layout.jpg

 

connections are right.

 

Ok, Try to do the below troubleshooting points:

  1. Check and Change the HDMI cable. Make sure that the cable is properly plugged into both the endpoint and the display. Try using a different HDMI cable if you have one available.
  2. Restart or factory reset the endpoint. logging to the endpoint web interface and restart it.
  3. Upgrade the firmware. The firmware is the software that controls the endpoint. Updating the firmware may fix the problem. To upgrade the firmware, go to the Cisco website and download the latest firmware for your endpoint.

If you have tried all of these steps and the problem is still not fixed, then you can open an RMA with Cisco to replace the device.
