SX10 - Video Receive Packet Loss

What could be the reason for Receive Packet Loss being reported on SX10 for all calls between Pexip endpoint and SX10?

The packet loss figures are more or less constant and lies between 5-30% and is happening independently of using SIP-SIP non-traversal or h323-sip traversal. The MCU is a  Codian.

This problem is occurring even though SX10 and pexip are connected to the same L2 Switch and it is affecting only SX10 devices, but not other type of endpoints. There’s not either any problem between pexip and other types of endpoints.

There’s no difference when using SX10 SW version tc7.3.3, tc7.3.4 and ce8.0.1

Could be a matter of interoperability SX10--pexip ?

A SX10 was connected directly to the same switch where pexip is connected, in order to exclude any kind of delay or congestion which might be the cause; and the packet loss was still there.

Please also notice that there are other type of Cisco endpoint/codec around and there's not such problem between pexip and those.

The pexip was installed for more than a month ago, it might happen the problem was from the start.

Do you have QoS enabled on the network and configured on the MCU, SX10, Pexip, and CUCM/VCS?

Sometimes we experience packet loss due to the bandwidth being consumed by other resources, or QoS isn't configured properly.  I'd start by examining your network and see what's happening at the time of the packet loss.

A SX10 was connected directly to the same switch where pexip is connected, in order to exclude any kind of delay or congestion which might be the cause; and the packet loss was still there.

Please also notice that there are other type of Cisco endpoint/codec around and there's not such problem between pexip and those.

The pexip was installed for more than a month ago, it might happen the problem was from the start.
