SX20 Camera upgrade

Hello,

I have an SX20 with PrecisionHD 4X, i upgrade the SX20 version from 7.1.4 to 7.2.1, bu the camera is stucked at the upgrade procedure.

There is any upgrade path to SX20?

How much time to the camera finish the upgrade?

Hi Leonardo,

how are you doing my friend?

After upgrade the codec you will spend more 30 or 40 minutes to complete the upgrade of camera.
Then, relax and take a cup of coffee and enjoy : )

Great, yes we are facing the same problem with our cisco telepresence SX20, after up-gradation of the latest firmware. the camera is not working and it had taken approx 20~25 minuts.
