Hello Cisco community,
We have a SX20 installed about a year ago. The problem is that the password may have been changed and nobody knows what it is.. I have attempted the default of username "admin" with no password and all other combinations that may have been it but nothing works.
Any help would be appreciated. Teleconference is today and they did not think of testing the device prior to the event..

You'll need to factory reset the endpoint if you don't know the admin password, as there is no password reset option, see password-recovery for the steps.
