Hi Islam,
seems like your far end device ( digital and analouge) is not responding to the BYE message from E20. Do the CUCM responds to the BYE message from E20 ?
in this case call will be disconnected after sometime.
can you capture SIP logs for call to check ?

hi Kamal,
1. Take a ssh or telnet session of E20 using PUTTY.
2. Make sure to enable all session output.
3. Type the command: xconfig
4. Xstatus
5. Log output on
6. Now make a call and recreate the issue.
7. After some time, disconnect the call.

Hi Ismal,
in addition to the process as suggested by Amit add this part after the xstat and xconf and log output on.
log ctx SipPacket debug 9
Make a call and keep running until you have recreated the problem
Disconnect the call
log ctx SipPacket debug off
Log output off
This will give better call details
Let us know the results.
Thanks

if E20 is registered to CUCM, then run RTMT and collect logs from there and see the BYE message ever sent to E20
