We are running an SX20 VTC device and are unable to run both camera video and a presentation at the same time. We have to choose the input manually each time. Is there a way to push both simultaneously?
Assuming one HDMI input is labeled as a camera and the other presentation/content, I would expect both to transmit if the far-end supports SIP BFCP. Perhaps check the inputs and then review debugs of a call to see if BFCP is negotiated in the SDP.
