SX80 codec presentation sending not receiving at far end

Hello,

Iam trying to send a presentation via SX80 codec but its not receiving at far end. Could any one help me on this .I have even tried with different inputs and tried sending directly with the web interface console of SX80 by selecting the correct input.

So when you look at the call status - is it actually showing two streams being sent?

You also need to provide a bit more information; software version, type of endpoint you connect to, are you using H.323 or SIP, any firewall(s) between the two systems? Is this happening only with this particular endpoint, or is it happening with other end-points you connect to?
