Hi Community,
I'm finding that if I shutdown a SX80 by holding the shutdown button for 5 seconds that the SX80 will complete shutdown and as it shursdown display a message on the display "System is shutting down". The same message is displayed on the Touch 10 panel but never clears. So the message remains on the Touch 10. It appears that the Touch 10 is stuck because, when I restart the SX80 by pressing the shutdown button, the Touch is still displaying the "System is shutting down" message even after the SX80 has completed it's startup and is ready.
My SX80 is running RoomOS 9.15 and connected to Webex Cloud via our corporate subscription

A shutdown button on an SX80? The SX80 has a rocker switch in the back to turn it on/off. Are you sure you are talking about an SX80?
