Our video conference stopped showing video. We can hear the other person, but we cannot change camera from self view and we have no on screen display menus.
The remote works all other functions and batteries have been replaced.

System type? Software version? Single or dual monitor set-up?
And the obvious one: have you powered the system off and the on again? Any change?

Hi,
If you are using TRC4, I assumed that your system is a MXP endpoint.
If menu is not showing on the display, the possible problem is:
1. The system video settings was changed and configured to use dual screen. The menu is showing on the other screen that was set as your main video. Try to connect a display on the second video output and see if the menu is displaying.
2. For some type of endpoints (MXP series), the menu on TV or menu on PC is set to OFF.
Please confirm the type of system you are using.
If you know the current IP address of the system and accessible on the network, login as admin on the system and change the settings using the web GUI.
