You can lookup license keys using the Cisco License Portal > Get Other Licenses > TelePresence License to Resend.  Enter the serial number, and if the serial number is in Cisco's database, it should return the license information.

If you're using the web interface, under Upgrade, there is the bandwidth and option fields to enter the keys.

If you're using SSH, use the following commands:

xConfiguration OptionKey Features
xConfiguration OptionKey Bandwidth
