TC CONSOLE

Dears,

I have C90 with 3 cameras. I setup the TC CONSOLE same layouts for local and remote side. The default is also set and in the Codec is set to auto profile in layout setting.

I made 3 frames for 3 cameras in same screen. I can see also when I press layout in my remote the layout profile is apears.

Now the issue is The remote video I get  is only one camera. but local view is fine. Does anybody face this issue? Please suggests any more settings are required.

What is the resolution negotiated on the call? When activating presentation during the conderence, does the layout on the far end change? Can you test it using 4:3 and 16:9 presentation resolution?

Also tell me what is the video format of your three cameras, 16:9 or 4:3?

My questions might appear not related with the problem, but I took some problems with TC Console where the issue was related to presentation and video input format.
