If I intigrate my TCS with LDAP, do I need to assign everybody a "Viewer" role in order for them to have access to the recorded content once an admin or creater has made a recording available?

Anyone that logs in that either has an account already or not listed in the user list of the TCS, they will automatically be given view permissions, the only way to gain higher permissions, is for an administrator to make them something else other than viewer.

OK, so the viewer role is essentially for manual user creation it seems like. To be clear thgen when intigrated with LDAP, essentially all my users have the "viewer" role.
and of course, I'd have to manually assign Admin or Creator roles.
thanks,

Correct, viewer roll is the default roll for all users accessing the TCS, anything higher (creator or site admin) would need to be assigned to that specific user by an admin.
