Hi,
I'm encountering problem on playback of recorded video on the TCS.
I already installed all required players and test to play the video but i'm still encoutering problem.
Please see screenshots on the error during playback.
For Flash:
For Silverlight:
For Quicktime:
For Windows Media: Video playback doesn't start.
What is the possible problem? Is it a firewall issue and what are plugins needed in order to play the videos?
If firewall issue, what are the ports needed to open on the firewall?
The TCS access is via HTTPS. Playback of recorded video via RDP on TCS is not a problem.
Thank you for help..

Hi Artem,
Thank you for response.
We all know that http is not secured and the customer is asking what could be the possible risks in playing videos on the TCS via http and since they are very strict on network security breach. Also customer is asking a documentation regarding http playback on TCS if how safe it is. Could you provide us such documentation?
Thank you.

Hi Artem,
If we will be using HTTP for playback, we need to allow port 80 on the firewall since the workstations accessing the TCS is on separate network.
Do we need to open the port on both direction?? (Workstation <----->TCS)
Thanks,
Acevirgil
