TCU Webstart GUI password

Could you please help me!

What is the password for Webstart GUI? I checked all admins guides but I can't find this password.

If i am not wrong, the default is no password

I tried no password, tec, TANDBERG but it didn't help.

Hi.

TCU uses two different passwordschemes

1)

u: administrator pw: tec

2)

u: admin  pw:

My best tip would be to try another browser

I tried IE, chrome and mozilla. And i tried all scheme you mentioned but it did't help. Anyway it says wrong password.

I just tried with Java 6 Update 41 and I am able to get into the page.   However, when using Java 7, it is not possible.  So please try with Java 6 if you are not using it.

However, i would recommend using VNC to remote access the touch GUI.
