Hello Guys,
I am trying to establish video conference calls with CUCM,Telepresence Conductor and Telepresence Server (vts). I have successfully installed and licensed VTS . I configured the conference bridge (shows Active ) ,conference pool ,conference alias, service preference and location in the telepresence conductor . i have established the sip trunks to both adhoc and rendezvous from the CUCM.
My challenge is that i am seeing an alarm 50118 which indicates that one of the call control trunk is unrecheable. The alarm advised that i should check the location set up in the TC. Please attached the location set up,route pattern set up and others that might be necessary.
However ,in the cucm, the two trunks have registered successfully and their status show up. I am suspecting that i did not correctly set up the following:
i)the incoming alias in the conference alias page (TC)
II) the route patten
i anticipate your kind help

Hello Sharma,
thank you for the response .After coming across the words 'sip' and ' tcp ',one idea came to my mind that i didnt set up security trunk profile in the CUCM.So i navigated to the location page and i changed the settings from TLS to TCP and 5061 to 5060.Guess what? the alarm disappeared.

Did you configure CUCM and Conductor per the Conductor Configuration Guide? There is a section on settings up rendezvous conferences.

Yes i did. I downloaded the configuration guide for the integration of Conductor with CUCM. The trunks have registered successfully and their status are showing up. I don't why the alarm is showing the error. See the previous attachment -location-tc
do you know any troubleshooting steps ?thanks in anticipation

Do you have any firewall between telepresence conductor or CUCM server?
Can you please clarify what error messages you are getting in video endpoint while dialing the call to your conference bridge.
please check the call hits on telepresence conductor while dialing from cucm
As per your logs,
Can you please clarify which
make sure you have created
Total you need 3
- one actual conductor
- one
- one rendezvous

Hello Shama,
Thank you for the updates.
The ip configuration is as follows
Telepresence conductor : 10.108.13.1/24 (this ip was set up during the installation of the virtual machine )
Adhoc ip address is 10.108.13.12/24
Rendezvous ip is 10.108.13.13/24
I have expressway series c and edge for MRA users
I set up meet me conference no -9940.users can dial in and the traffic passes through ADHOC template . i have used the conference button to add users but its still showing ADHOC template. Jabber client can initiate the meet me conference .jabber clients can only use the conference button to add users .
However,i modified the template for rendezvouz conference and 'permanent meeting can show on the screen; but the alarm is till showing
i hope to read from you

Hello, thanks a lot.
I have a Telepresence conductor and telepresence server (vts) linked with cisco cucm. Cucm users can call CME users but cant video conference with them. Also cme users can not video conference among themselves due to the lack of dsp which is currently PVDM-32. CUCM users can do video conference .is there no way CME users can make use of the Telepresence Conductor for their video conference ?after 5 minutes cme users have joined the conference, they will be disconnected.
I appreciate your kind input

Hello,
see attached. the cme user is 3003 and cucm user is 9921. The meet me dial no is 9940. 3003 dialed the meet me dial no but was prompted for pin.As he was typing the pin, there was no reflection on the screen.
I checked the event log in Tconductor, and i saw an error code 'sip unauthenticated'
.so see attached

Hello Sharma,
Please can you assist me with the cme issue with mobile and remote access users. There is one way video issue from cme to MRA users. MRA users can't see cme users but cme users can see Mra users

Hello Patrick,
it has been a while. I have some challenges trying to establish CME with CUCM. I have some 8945 phones registered with CME while some 8945 and cisco jabber are registered with CUCM.
1.CME 8945 can call CUCM 8945. Both video and audio are working very well.
2. CME 8945 can call cucm jabber but there one way video issue. cisco jabber users can not see cme 8945 users.8945 users can only see cisco jabber users.
3. cucm 8945 users can call cisco jaber users.both video and audio are working very well
4. cme users can join conference with cucm users through telepresence conductor but will log out after 3 minutes
what can be done to fix the issue?

I don't have any experience with CME, but it sounds as if there is an issue going from CME to CUCM, since both CME>Jabber and CME>Conductor fail or not working completely.
