Can someone help to verify if the TelePresence ISDN Link (CTS-ISDNLINK-K9) supports SNMP?
I've been reading the Admin Guide and API Reference Guide manual but there were no SNMP configuration settings.

No, the ISDNLink does not support SNMP. The codec you connect it to does, but only in a very limited manner. If you're looking to poll/monitor the device, you are better off using the xAPI.

Hi Wayne,
Thanks for your reply. I got some clarifications though:
Basically, we want to monitor the ISDN Link Device, at least its network connectivity. For instance, when the device goes down, the NMS server will show an alarm/alert. Is this possible? If yes, how?
Thanks Wayne.

It depends on what you mean by "goes down"? What is possible could different by what you are trying to do and what options are available (and what level of detail you may or may not be able to see).
If you're just wanting to monitor the device being turned off or disconnected, you could likely just check with a ping.
If you are talking about wanting to query a particular part or status within the device, you could do an xAPI query to the attached codec.
Much will also depend on what your NMS is and what it is capable of doing or understanding.
