Telepresence IX5000 parts

I have a Telepresence IX5000 unit that is missing a few items to complete:

800-42131-xx (Trim Under Monitors 3 pieces)

74-13021-xx (Front Bottom Main Covers 3 pieces)

74-12905-xx (Front Top Main Covers 3 pieces)

800-41842-xx (Vertical Bezels between Monitors that covers metal 2 pieces)

Gray Flat ethernet cable for Touch 10 table displays (Didn’t see no part #)

Is there a way I can order these parts directly from Cisco? I have checked Ebay and online stores and have been able to locate the parts for purchase. They are just the main face covers. If anyone can point me in the direction for these items it is most appreciated. Thanks.

For ray Flat ethernet cable for Touch 10 table displays 

Part id is : CAB-DV10-4M

You can order from Cisco if you have valid contract for your IX5000.
