Telepresence X90

I have telepresence x90 connected to the CUCM8.0 via SIP trunk and I can place calls from the X90 system to CUCM 8.0 just fine but I also have another CCM 4.2(3) cluster that is connected to the CUCM8.0 system via a inter cluster trunk but for some reason I cannot place a call to that older CCM system. Would anybody know why this would be happening? I just need some direction since the X90 system is so new to me...Thanks

Hello,

I have telepresence x90 connected to the CUCM8.0 via SIP trunk

Is the EX90 registered to CUCM 8.0 as a generic device?

and I can place calls from the X90 system to CUCM 8.0 just fine

What are you calling when it is successfully setting up the calls?

Thanks,

Paula

you mentioned connected via sip trunk ! is that mean you this end point registered to a VCS ?

or registered to CUCM ?

if registered to CUCM, then check the CSS of the ICT, region, locations setup in both ends ,

try to register it as h323 ?

and collect the traces in both cases and see why it fails !
