The Far End Video freezing

The Far end video is Freeze on TV in chair person. The all other part of video is clear but , face is blurs in conference.

we made a conference through MCU , more than 35 participant present in single MCU , there is issue only in main chair person TV , for all the other participant the video is clear. 

 

vc equipment use,

MCU 5300

vcsc

SX20 codec

Hi,

Base on my understanding, the endpoint (chair person) is receiving poor video from the MCU but transmitting a good quality to MCU to other participants. Poor quality of video in one direction.

This could be an issue on the network wherein there is a duplex mismatch. Check the network connectivity of the endpoint (chair person) with the switch where it is connected to. Check the duplex setting of the switch and it should match the duplex setting on your video endpoint under network settings (network speed).
