the sx20 call dial to mcu(5300) , is disconnect after 3 to 5 minute automatically .
please find attach snaps for it.

That error message looks like there's something wrong with your SX20.
You could try swapping it to a previous software image (if there's one loaded) by going to Maintenance > System Recovery > Software Recovery Swap and clicking the Switch to software: <version here> button.
If there's no software image to swap to, you can try upgrading the software on your endpoint to install a new software image.

Could you tell how's the network setup? Are the SX20 and MCU in same network/VLAN?
Is the SX20 dialing the MCU via LAN A or B (if video firewall on MCU is enabled)?
Is there a call control involved (VCS/CUCM)?

I think there's something wrong on your SX20.
Could you try accessing the SX20 from your laptop directly on its Ethernet port if same issue encountered. What is the duplex configured on the SX20?
