Hi,
In short, TMS can't access the mail relay but I can from the TMS server desktop, any thoughts?

I've checked the release notes between 13.2 to latest and I can't see anything relating to this so I'm unsure if upgrading would fix the issue.

Hi,
This is not a known issue that has been fixed in a later release.
Could you look at a Wireshark trace and see what TMS sends to the SMTP server when the problem occurs?
