TMS agent portal error

Hello all,

I have exactly the same issue as described in this discussion: tmspe-tms-aent-page.  If I try to connect to http://TMS/tmsagent/tmsportal (or https).  I am getting the following error message "An error occurred. Reload the page and try again".  See attached file.

With TMS 14.6.1 and TMSPE 1.4 installed on Windows 2008 R2 standard edition server.

TMS is running for a couple of months with this version fine. I implemented recently CMR after conductor and new mm410v was added to te video infra. A template was created and applied to a users group. This group has the requested permission to book meeting.

I got the same error message once I click on the "Edit CMR in User Portal" button.

If I try as suggested link http://tmsipaddress/api/v0/version I get a page not found error.

Default Web Site has a HTTPS Binding also.

I am stuck as I am not able to troubleshoot further.

Cisco TAC after webex session ask me to follow up with Microsoft!!!

Any suggestion or hints is welcome.

Thanks in advance.

Ahmed

Has TMSPE worked prior to trying to adding CMR, or is this a new install?

Was Java recently updated? TMSPE 1.4 requires Java 7 Update 51, I know that isn't far from the version you're running, but it's worth a shot to try the version that the deployment guide suggests.

It could also be that Windows is missing a required service pack, see tms-agent-ui-error-message.

What Java version are you running on the server for TMSPE?

Hi Patrick,

Java version is 7 update 55.

Has TMSPE worked prior to trying to adding CMR, or is this a new install?

Hi Patrick,

It is not a ne install.  All TMSPE was working fine until I enabled CMR.

It was the service pack as in tms-agent-ui-error-message. all is working fine after hotfix 980368 was installed.   .

Thanks again for you help.

Ahmed

Glad you were able to get it resolved! For reference, Cisco doesn't put any restrictions on what Windows Updates that should or shouldn't be installed on the TMS server, they recommend to "Enable and apply Windows Updates according to the network policy of your organization" according to the install guides.
