Can you please advise on best way to get all required info to complete the SME sizing tool?
The SME sizing tool requires the following input parameters:
BHCA per user for each trunk interface to leaf clusters for intercluster calls
BHCA per user for each trunk interface to leaf clusters for off-net (PSTN) calls
verage holding time for call
Can this be extracted using CDR? RTMT?
Any document or procedure to collect those info?
Thanks and regards,

Thanks Jaime and Chris,
Seems I am aon the right track :-)
For the CD/DVD upgrade, should I put it the same folder as the current 9.1.2 sgn file?
Can you also confirm I need to do a refresh upgrade as 9.1.2 is running on RHEL 5? That's mean also add cop file ciscocm.refresh_upgrade_v1.5.cop.sgn.

I have the following issue. My customer have about 200 sites. But only about 20 are video enabled sites with enough BW.
We implemented recently Jabber with MRA so end users can either register from customer LAN or from the internet.
I would like to permit only customer users on the 20 site to register with Jabber and to make video calls. If a user register from a location without enough bw then I would like to block video calls.
What is the best way to do this on the CUCM?
Is it possible to use Mobility? So I can add the 20 video enabled sites and use a Device Pool configured to accept video call? If jabber client register to a non video enable site then it will be associated with a Device pool that block video?
Is it possible to create i.e device mobility info 1 for subnet 10.10.1.0/24, device mobility info 2 for subnet 10.10.2.0/24......device mobility info 20 for subnet 10.10.20/24 + device mobility info 100 for subnet 10.0.0.0/8.
If jabber user connect from 10.10.1.0/24 it will be in device mobility info 1 (with device pool permitting video).
if jabber client connect from 10.10.50.0/24 (site with no video) then it will be in MG 100 with device pool not permitting video?
Thanks in advance,

Good morning, I would like to know if it is possible with UCCX 9.x to have the following: - When last agent from a CSQ logout, have a popup on his CAD with message that he is last available agent before he logout. - Once Last agent logout, play message if any caller still in the queue. - Send an alert via email to a certain email address (supervisor i.e.) Please give me any info/links explaining how to implement this. Thanks. B.R Ahmed

Hello all, I have following setup. 2 main sites (Site A and Site B) (VPN concentrator) and several remote sites. Each remote site have a GRE tunnel with 2 ipsec tunnels to each main site. On one of the remotes site we got compalins and we found out packets drops on the ipsec tunnel between this remote site and one on the main site (Let say site A), while ipsec tunnel to site B is clean. Ping between site A and remote site on the internet (using public ip address) is ok with no packet drops. So it is not ISP issue. my ping test over ipsec tunnel is with several packet size starting 60 bytes and I always see packet drops. Here is the configs (Partial) Site A: 7204vxr 12.4(24)T2 =================== interface Tunnel10 ip address 184.108.40.206 255.255.255.0 no ip redirects ip flow ingress ip nhrp authentication XXXXXX ip nhrp map multicast dynamic ip nhrp map 220.127.116.11 18.104.22.168 ip nhrp map multicast 22.214.171.124 ip nhrp network-id 10 ip nhrp holdtime 600 tunnel source GigabitEthernet0/1 tunnel mode gre multipoint tunnel key 10 tunnel protection ipsec profile DMVPN_PROF interface GigabitEthernet0/1 description ISP 1 ip address 126.96.36.199 255.255.255.248 ip flow ingress ip nat inside ip virtual-reassembly ip route-cache policy ip policy route-map clear-df duplex full speed 1000 media-type rj45 negotiation auto Site B: 7204vxr 12.4(24)T2 =================== interface Tunnel10 ip address 188.8.131.52 255.255.255.0 no ip redirects ip flow ingress ip nhrp authentication XXXXX ip nhrp map multicast dynamic ip nhrp network-id 10 ip nhrp holdtime 600 tunnel source GigabitEthernet0/1 tunnel mode gre multipoint tunnel key 10 tunnel protection ipsec profile DMVPN_PROF interface GigabitEthernet0/1 description INTERNET ISP2 ip address 184.108.40.206 255.255.255.248 ip flow ingress duplex full speed 1000 media-type rj45 negotiation auto Remote site: 1841 12.4(15)T7 ===================== interface Tunnel3 description Connection to VPN ConC bandwidth 256 ip address 220.127.116.11 255.255.255.0 no ip redirects ip mtu 1300 ip nhrp authentication XXXXXX ip nhrp map 18.104.22.168 22.214.171.124 ip nhrp map multicast 126.96.36.199 ip nhrp map 188.8.131.52 184.108.40.206 ip nhrp map multicast 220.127.116.11 ip nhrp network-id 3 ip nhrp holdtime 600 ip nhrp nhs 18.104.22.168 ip nhrp nhs 22.214.171.124 tunnel source FastEthernet0/0 tunnel mode gre multipoint tunnel key 3 tunnel path-mtu-discovery tunnel protection ipsec profile DMVPN_PROF tunnel bandwidth transmit 128 tunnel bandwidth receive 256 interface FastEthernet0/0 description Connection to ISP 3 bandwidth 256 ip address 126.96.36.199 255.255.248.0 speed 100 full-duplex All was working fine until few days ago. Hi Adam and Dan, Did you get this fixed? One of our customers is facing similar issue 7921 (1.4.1.SR1) but with autonomous APs (most are 12.3(7)JA2). I found that cisco advise to have minimum 12.3(8) and also to enable "world-mode" on the AP's. Can you share your finding? Thanks. Ahmed
