Hi All.
I have two questions about TMS and TP 320.
First , is it true that TMS can manage TP 320 ? (In the project, I can not add the tp 320 into the TMS. )
Second , I have conductor ,TP320 ,TMS and CUCM . How can I schedule conference with TMS? ( I cant add tp 320 into the TMS, so TMS dont permit me to choose more than 2 endpoints in one conference )
Please help me . Thanks a lots.

Hi,
To answer your questions:

- Yes. The TMS can manage the TelePresence Server. Note that Telepresence Server is a Non-SNMP system and adding a Telepresence Server to TMS must follow this procedure:
Second , I have conductor ,TP320 ,TMS and CUCM . How can I schedule conference with TMS? ( I cant add tp 320 into the TMS, so TMS dont permit me to choose more than 2 endpoints in one conference )
Refer to this guides on how to deploy Telepresence Server and remotely managed by Conductor for conference resource management with TMS for conference scheduling:
And with CUCM as call control:

TMS can't manage the TelePresence Server MM320 directly, you must use it with Conductor, and Conductor will manage it because the MM320 can only run in remotely managed mode. However it can be added to TMS for the use of monitoring and capturing conference CDR data.
Note, in reference to Acevirgil's instructions for adding a TelePresence Server, there will not be any "TMS Scheduling Settings". The scheduling settings will only appear for the TelePresence Server 7010 and 8710 that are operating in locally manged mode. TelePresence Servers that run in remotely managed mode will not have this setting because they can't be scheduled directly, only through Conductor can a remotely managed TelePresence Server be scheduled.

Thanks Patrick for correcting my post. I didn't notice i screenshot a different document and it is for Telepresence Server 7010 and 8710. :(
Yes, correct Telepresence Multiparty Media 3xx series needs a Cisco Telepresence Conductor because they run only as remotely managed.
This is from Telepresence Server data sheet:
