Is there a documented process for ensuring that TMS can connect out to check for software updates? I have 2 separate instances of TMS (both 13.1) that have the same fields populated for Automatic Software Update using the same web proxy credentials. One is successful, and the other fails every time. Is there some sort of exception to add at the server level or port that needs to opened to allow this?

You can try to open that URL from a Web-browser on your servers directly to see if you can access the page at TANDBERG/Ciscos from your TMS servers. Maybe that will give a clue to what fail.

There seems to be somesing a bit strange on TMS.
I also see that TC4.2 does not get downloaded, though we have plenty of systems
with a valid service contract.
When I delete all files in the software download folder, I see that other software gets
re downloaded, but still not TC4.2
We have an ongoing TAC case related to this, TAC said they were not able to reproduce it.
As other software downloads fine, direct access with ie and firefox secure and ftp works from
IE, it smells more like a backend DB or TMS issue.
