We use TMS and TMSXE integrated with exchange for scheduling CMS meetings. Our users actively schedule meetings in Outlook Calendar, add the room and the exchange account to add the CMS resources for the meeting. I have a user who has complained about the join button not displaying on the touch 10 connected to an SX20. I've checked Outlook and the meeting was scheduled correctly and shows up in TMS with CMS resource reservations. I have not been able to reproduce the issue and I am trying to find the correct logs either on the SX20 or in TMS to look for any reason the Join button did not display for the user. Thank you.
