We supervise codec's using TMS.
TMS can not connect the codec after network of codec changed .
We are checking network..
What is port that TMS use when TMS give phonebook to Codec and connect to codec?
then dose TMS use SNMP port only(161,162)? or other port?
i saw information of manual

I would open for Tandberg/Cisco endpoints:
form TMS to the endpoint:
TCP: 20,21,22,23,57,80,443
UDP: 161
from the endpoint to the TMS
TCP: 80, 443
UDP: 162
The corporate phonebook for MXP and TC systems will use port http=tcp/80 or https=tcp/443
depending on what you have configured or whats aailable

For Aethra and Polycom endpoints are the same ports listed above?
Thanks

Yes, TMS provides the phonebook via http/s 80/443 as Martin is saying. So assuming the endpoints support phonebooks from tms ( dont know about aethra, but certain polycoms does) they have to use the same ports to get the phonebook.

Our issue is solved by adjusting MTU size of TMS.(1500->1460)
TMS OS: Windows 2003
is it no problem?

Hi,
For polycom below ports are required for phonebook:
TCP Port 3361 – Required for Global Address Books - For 1st and 2nd Gen
TCP Port 3601 – Outbound from device Required for Global Address Books - For VSX, HDX, IPower and ViaVideo I & II Series.
