Hello,
Is it possible to extract part of the VIDEO_ADDRESS variable and display it as a separate field in the meeting invite? When a meeting invite goes, users see 12345@domain.video.com. I need them to be able to see it as 12345@video.com. Any ideas on how to get that done?
PS: I have a conductor, the NUMERIC_ID is not an option.
Thanks in advance!

I don't think it's possible. Why do you want to change the video address, TMS should use the video address that Conductor uses?

Trying to get big brother Lync Online to work. :)

I had a similar issue where I wanted users to see "12345" instead of "12345@domain.com".
I managed to *sort of* get it to work by changing the alias on Conductor and TMS from something like
555.*@domain.com to 555.*
This meant that the variable generated in the email ended up being just the number, rather than number@domain. You may be able to use this same method?

Thanks Nick, however doing that will complicate other things in the environment.

The whole thing would be much easier and more flexible if Cisco just allowed the NUMERIC_ID variable in the email template :)
