TMS not connecting one TP endpoint

Hi all,

Issue:TMS not connecting one TP endpoint (showing IP not h3232/sip  in TMS)

TMS-14.5

TP endpoint- MX300 7.3.6

-The Control Center showing it’s calling but the codec didn’t receive any incoming calls. And the connection protocol still showing as IP(Please see attached TMS1)

-However when I tried to book the room from TMS, it is still showing as IP instead of SIP. (Pl see attached TMS2)

If you look at the endpoint settings within TMS, at the bottom of the page under the section "TMS Scheduling Settings", do you have both incoming and outgoing SIP dialing checked?

Also, verify that the endpoint is registered using SIP and TMS actually see this in the settings overview, if not, try doing a force refresh.

Hi Patrick, in fact, allow incoming and out going both SIP URI Dailling-- was set to NO.

in fact it was greyed out because of  No http response.

we just edited SIP dialing -yes and worked fine.
