We have TMS 13.2.1, and I have set up a User provisioning directory to sync against active directory. This sync works as expected, but, it seems I have to manually run it each time we add new users to AD. Is this supposed to be the case, or is there some way we can schedule this sync like we do with CUCM and Unity?

Do you use provisioning extension or the opends/legacy mode (and I assume you are talking about jabbervideo
provisioning or do you talk about the tms users itself)?
The tms jabbervideo should run once a day during the night, the time and interval is not configurable.

We're using TMSPE. I'm taking about user provision in TMS under Systems > Provision > Users. I have a group created theere, configured to get using from AD. That works if I manually run it, but I HAVE to manually run it or new AD users won't be pulled into TMS.

Hi Paul
TMSPE pulls updated information from AD every 24 hours at 04:00 AM every day. If you see that this is not happening then the schedule event might not be there. We have seen that in some occasions the scheduled event is not there for unknown reasons. If you open a TAC case, an engineer can help you enable the event in the database again and check if there might be something else wrong as well.

Thanks for the insight. I'll open a TAC case Monday. I'm also going to see if I can get that to run every 4-6 hours instead of once per day.
