TMSXE Scheduling Mailbox Error "Cannot connect to scheduling mailbox"

I am trying to add (2) scheduling mailbox in Cisco TMSXE and keep on getting an error below. My exchange engineer followed the Cisco-TMSXE-Deployment-Guide-5.5 "Creating and Configuring the Mailbox" to the tee (Starts on Page 56). For testing purposes I used a Telepresence endpoint email address for a scheduling mailbox and no errors were present. Am I missing something? We created the resource mailbox the same way as the telepresence room that worked but it still failed. Any suggestions to where the error may be coming from will be appreciated.

Are you using mailbox impersonation? If not, than you must give the TMSXE service account Full Access Permission to the resource mailbox.
