Hi,
i want to install TMSXE and the local SQL server of the standard TMS Software all on the same Server. Its not a big deployment so i thing its ok.Any concerns or experience if this is fine or will make problems?

It should be okay, here are the recommended specs, you'd probably use the standard deployment.
Virtualization for Cisco TelePresence Management Suite
You can also refere to the TMS Install Guide as well.

As Patrick has said, yes, that should be OK, especially for a small deployment.
Saying that, the testing notes in the docwiki link shows that it should support up to 1000 direct managed endpoints, 40 MCUs and provisioning when set up correctly on a Cisco UCS C220 M3S platform, so it's highly likely that it'll work for what you're asking.
