Touch Panel Pairing

We currently have Profile C20's with touch panels for control. Is there a way to set the pairing username/password so that it is different from the admin username/password?

Hi Leon,

You can create saperate user in codec with admin rights.

User can be created from Maintanance -> User administration .

This you can use for pairing .

Thanks for the information. The pairing user account has to have admin rights on the codec? My concern is that should a panel become unpaired and we give an end user the pairing username/password, they could then use that to access the codec from the web with full admin rights.

Unfortunately, admin right is required now.   You are right that user will be able to access the advanced configuration of

the codec with the rights.
