Hi Muazam,
I got one customer with similar limitation where they were not controlling external domain DNS server and they have forwarder in their internal domain which was taking care of public domain query, I believe you might have similar kind of deployment or limitation, if so following information will help as it did for him too.
Create a new zone on your internal DNS server for the sub-domain (the child domain).
Create an empty A record (a domain A record) for the ip address that you want the subdomain to resolve to.
You don't need to do anything with external DNS, forwarders, etc., etc. Your internal server will be authoritative for the child domain only and your current third party DNS servers will continue to be authoritative for the parent domain, from the perspective of internal DNS clients, which is what I gather you're trying to accomplish.
Following discussion on public forum could also help too.

Hi,
I am not sure how we can achieve without modifying anything on internal DNS server as that is one of the requirement of this solution.
Thanks,
Vivek

Muazam,
You cannot use MRA solution without making changes. Quite a few people have had similar issues and most times SPLIT DNS has been the solution.
