Hello,
A VC system receive a call during a few seconds without ever accept it and the call is disconnected (see the file attached).
In the opposite, this specific system can call anyone.
So, we think the signalling flows aren't opened in only one direction.
But someone has ever had this problem before?

As you have written, it very much sounds like you have the firewalls configured to allow the traffic to flow properly in one direction, but they aren't necessarily configured in the other direction (or on the other end).

Hello,
Exactly, the H323 static (5555 - 6555) and also dynamic port allocation range were blocked.
So we have opened this specific port range in order to fix this issue.
