Unable to load license in VCS for MOVI

Hi Team,

We are unable to load Option key for MOVI  in our VCS server.We get the error message "Failed to Add Option Key Option  Key Invalid".

The Part Code which we had orderd is LIC-MOVI-25.

that option key should be going into TMS, not VCS.

Hi Andreas,

Thanks for reply.

This means we need to install Telepresence Management Suite first and then, we can upload option key for TMS and MOVI into TMS server.

Yes that's correct, TMS is required for Movi/Jabber Video provisioning in addition to VCS, unless you are using a VCS Starter Pack (In which you shouldn't have purchased the LIC-MOVI-25 option in any case).

Can u provide us the DOC/LINK what all TMS does along with installation guide .?

We have got VCS 7.x.
