Hi,
We have a CTS 500-32 with touch which is running on 1.8.1 and registered to the CUCM 8.6.2a. While we connect calls the calls get connected and are unsecure.
The other CTS endpoints we have cert installed on the IP phones and Codec. The calls get connected secure.
As we are using touch which does not have separate profile on the CUCM. How do make the calls secure?

Hi,
This link contains intructions for configuring and troubleshooting TelePresence security.
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/telepresence/security_solutions/CTSS.pdf
Chapter 6 focuses on CTS security. Most of the configurations described in there must be already present in your case since you already have rooms doing secure calls. Just revisiting the procedure or going to the troubleshooting section might help you.
Best regards.

Hi,
IP phone does not play any role in the security of TelePresence call. In that sense, there is no difference between having an IP phone or a touch connected to your codec. You should focus your troubleshooting efforts on the codec.
Best regards.
