Unsupported HW raised even though host meets requirements large OVA

Hi,

I have a problem with my Cisco Exp-C, my systems are currently displaying the error

"Current hardware does not meet supported Virtual Machine configuration requirements".

My current version is 14.0.2 (I upgraded from 12.7 to 14.0.2)

I also tried to reinstall Virtual Machine from the new ".ova" file but the result is the same.

Suggestions are accepted.

Did you read the release notes before upgrading ?

make sure you installed the version on supported  platform as per compatibility guide.
