I am trying to upgrade my DX70 from Android to CE, but I'm not getting anywhere.
I am following the steps at: https://upgrade.cisco.com/DX
I do not have any ports being blocked.
The unit just says "upgrade in progress". And then nothing happens. The screen stays on and it just sits at that for hours. Sometimes that message disappears and nothing seemed to progress.

Have you perform connectivity test from device browser, what is the outcome for test ?

I struggled with this as well. Try the Cisco Cloud Upgrader https://upgrade.cisco.com/DX

Yeah I have tired to factory reset already. Will probably give that another try tonight. Hoping someone else has a "secret" to this process.

Hello,
I get "thumbs up" icons on both of the connectivity tests on the webpage. So it seems to pass the test okay.

If you're having issues doing it via the cloud upgrader, you can always try to do it locally with copies of the downloaded firmware and a TFTP server. See https://community.cisco.com/t5/telepresence-and-video/dx80-converting-from-android-to-ce-without-cucm/td-p/3021568 for some brief instructions.
