upgrade webex room kit from ce9.5.1

I have a webex kit with current version ce9.5.1 tried to upload ce10.8.2 but the file is too large error.  we tried to download ce9.9 but it is deferred from cisco downloads.  Any assists will help, thanks!

Instead of upgrading directly to 10.8.2 try something in between. Try CE9.15.10.8
