URL shortcut for WebRTC Meetings

Hello,

Is there is a way to create a URL with the meeting number that opens the WebRTC meeting sign in page where I only need to enter the password or PIN?  Basically, I'm looking for the same type of URL links that Webex, gotomeeting and other services provide.  (I know that Pexip can do this.)

I know that we can do something like this for the Meeting app.  

Our CIO was asking.

When you book a CMS meeting via TMS, it gives you a meeting specific URL that does what you're looking for.  Not sure how to get the same URL without TMS or for a non-scheduled meeting, but it's probably possible.
