We have a Cisco SX80 with speakertrack running firmware ce 9.3.2 748b9742af6 2018-05-28 and a valid MultiSite option key installed, registered to our on prem Cisco Call Manager running v11.5.1.12900-21.
Connecting to multiple sites directly via the Touch 10 works, however, the last connected site is the only one shown on the display. When this occurs the layout option on the Touch 10 is not available. Only the last connected site is displayed throughout the meeting.
However, from the same SX80 I can connect to the codec directly and then connect to the multiple sites, which will then allow the layout option to appear on the Touch 10, so the in room display can select their desired layout with all sites being shown.
Is this a configuration setting issue or perhaps a firmware issue?
Thank you,
-Stephan

RESOLVED!
Turns out to be a setting on the SX80 codec -
Conference\Multipoint Mode
Changing the setting from CUCMMediaResourceGroupList to MultiSite resolved the issue!
