User Administration on web access TelePresence ldap?

Hi,

Currently with TelePresence end point systems such as SX20, c60, c90 I do not see an option where we can set-up ldap user credentials for web access.

Why option ldap user account details are not part of the endpoints? or is there any other way than the local admin, audit or user privileges?

Hi,

LDAP/AD for admin or user login for web access to endpoints are not yet supported. If you have TMS to manage the system, you can integrate it to your LDAP for web access to the endpoints.

Hi Ace,

Thank you very much for your answer but I am finding difficulties in understanding the set-up using TMS using LDAP/AD to web access to the end points.

We have a TMS and we use ldap credentials to login yes I understand that using TMS interface i can access the web interface of an endpoint. Do you mean by this?

I'm hoping LDAP/AD credentials will be supported soon for video endpoints in future firmware releases.
