VCS-C - Issue with point to point calls

We are facing an issue with one of our customers when he try to make a point to point call inside his LAN (between 2 Polycom HDX 7000 codec).

The endpoint A received no audio and no video from the endpoint B

The endpoint B received audio and video from the endpoint A

The gatekeeper is a VCS-C (version X8.2.2)

External calls (outside the LAN) are working well.

Our investigations :

For the endpoint A : the RTP media is routed to the Public IP of our customer
The gatekeeper (VCS-C) send the Public IP of our customer to the endpoint A
The gatekeeper (VCS-C) send the correct IP (private IP) to the endpoint B

When the customer disable the gatekeeper on his endpoints the call is OK

We captured some logs with wireshark, I send it with this case.

Endpoint A is : 10.44.12.69
Endpoint B is : 10.44.12.68
VCS-C is : 10.44.34.20
Public IP is : 80.82.234.187

Could you share the VCS-C Search History for the call from endpoint A ----> B and from endpoint B ----->A.

We made 2 test calls with our customer and here is the Search History :

A = 10.44.12.129 = CHU SJ MPR

B = 10.44.12.68 = CHU NANTES SALLE OLERON
