VCS CLUSTER ERROR

Can someone provide some guidance about the following alarm in my VCS Control Cluster.

Error:

On Master Cluster:  Running VCS applicance version X7.2.2

Application failed:  An unexpected software error was detected in %s: %s

Action: (Connect to remote peer to investigate this alarm) (PEER 3)

Application failed:  An unexpected software error was detected in managementframework.py: Detail="Failed to update web cache".

Action: (Connect to remote peer to investigate this alarm) (PEER 2)

When I look at PEER 3 and PEER 2. Same information displayed. 

It sends me to the investigate reporting page and I see four entries

????

Any suggestions????

Am not familiar with this alarm.

Hi Chet,

please take a look at the bug "CSCui24120". i think you might be running into this issue. are you using TMS agent type of provisoning ?

Apart from this crash you must also be having crash report generated under incident reporting. can you check what it says?

Hi Chet,

please open a case with TAC and provide a system snapshot of your VCS, so we can get this bug fixed in near software release rather than later.

The more cases we have in hand related to the same bug, the faster it gets fixed.
