Link works fine for me, but can only be accessed when logged in to the Cisco account.

Otherwise try Googling Configuration guides for Cisco VCS

not sure if the "partner" sites are available with all cisco.com accounts.

There is also:

but they seem to be a bit outdated (why ever) they only show x7.1 doc in comparison to x7.2 on the partner link.

The rest you could also find via google:

CON-ECDN-SX2PHD12 looks like a service contract for a sx20

CTITMSSW is most likely the service contract for the TMS.

As you seem to have ordered these I would ask your sales contacts to help you on that.

regards the other information, you find this by going to the cisco site, click on support

and type in mcu or tms in the "product support" field.

Also google will help you finding documents of interest.
