VCS Controller Software upgradation

We have two VCS controller. I need to upgrade the software. So where we can get the update software and release keys.When the system with Tandberg we have tool for downloading software and keys... So please help me for rsolve my issues....

Look for "Cisco Telepresence Video communication Server"

If your units have a valid service contract, you can go here and look up for the release keys.  https://tools.cisco.com/SWIFT/Licensing/PrivateRegistrationServlet#tabbeditem

Look for the "Tandberg software and upgrade"

Thanks for your support. when i select my product model the software is not availble there. see the screen shot image.  Also for the key tool some error. The security code is not appearing. seee attached document....how to solve my issues....

Hi,

Refer to your attachement, you need to go beyond this page by selecting the "Cisco TelePresence Video Communication Server Model", this appear in the last colum in your attachment.

For the release key, if you do not see the security codec, try to do a refresh or try with using another browser.

I've had similar problem with security image not showing when attempting to get RKs for other telepresence products in the past - this was with Firefox, Internet Explorer and Chrome - ended up having to get RKs by opening a case with TAC.

All,

Cisco is aware of the CAPTCHA issue.  We have found that clearing your browser cache/cookies, then closing and re-opening the browser resolves this issue.

  I downloaded the software for our VCS controle unit versioon x7_0_3 and x7_02. But i need the release key . Where i can get the release key ? Hi Nisar

If you have a recent TMS version you can see the upgrade key in the system navigator in

the Summary tab under "Service Contract".

If both does not work for you for whatever reason ask your Cisco partner.
